    Conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de l'accord de r\u00e9servation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    1.1\u00a0 The Booking Agreements Terms & Conditions will become effective as from the date the confirmation invoice is sent to the Client by Karibu Travel, Tours & Safaris Zanzibar Ltd\u00a0 hereinafter referred to as \u201cKaribu Tours & Safaris\u201d.<\/p>

    1.2 Les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales du pr\u00e9sent contrat de r\u00e9servation et des documents annexes sont r\u00e9gies par les lois de la R\u00e9publique-Unie de Tanzanie et sont applicables en R\u00e9publique-Unie de Tanzanie et dans ses tribunaux.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    R\u00e9servation et paiement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    4.1\u00a0 Karibu Tours & Safaris accepts and confirms bookings upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the tour cost within 14 days after booking confirmation is sent.<\/p>

    4.2\u00a0 Karibu Tours & Safaris requires to receive the balance payment of 80% no later than 45 days prior to the start of the tour.<\/p>

    6.1 En cas d'annulation de la r\u00e9servation, les frais suivants s'appliquent en fonction de la p\u00e9riode de notification :<\/p>

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Si la date de voyage d'une r\u00e9servation existante est modifi\u00e9e dans les 30 jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le voyage, la r\u00e9servation doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e dans les 12 mois suivant la date de voyage initiale pour \u00e9viter les frais d'annulation. Si la r\u00e9servation modifi\u00e9e est annul\u00e9e \u00e0 quelque stade que ce soit, des p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s d'annulation de 100% seront appliqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    7.1\u00a0 Karibu Tours & Safaris accepts change of tour dates (in writing only). You can change your tour date up until 45 days prior to the start of your tour with no change fees.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    8.1 Nous nous r\u00e9servons le droit de modifier tout itin\u00e9raire ou arrangement si les conditions l'exigent, de proposer des substituts de valeur \u00e9gale ou d'annuler tout voyage programm\u00e9. Le droit est \u00e9galement r\u00e9serv\u00e9 de refuser d'accepter ou de retenir une personne comme membre d'un voyage \u00e0 tout moment, auquel cas un montant \u00e9quitable sera rembours\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    10.1 Il incombe au client d'obtenir tous les documents n\u00e9cessaires et de s'assurer qu'ils sont valides et efficaces - passeports, visas, certificats de sant\u00e9 et autres et documents de voyage, y compris les ch\u00e8ques de voyage le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    11.1 Le client est responsable de la souscription d'une assurance voyage, d'une assurance frais m\u00e9dicaux, d'une assurance bagages, d'une assurance argent et d'une assurance annulation. Il est essentiel que le client souscrive une assurance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Conditions de voyage<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    12.1 Le client reconna\u00eet \u00eatre conscient des risques possibles inh\u00e9rents aux voyages d'aventure. Ces risques comprennent, sans s'y limiter, les dangers li\u00e9s aux animaux, les safaris \u00e0 pied, l'alpinisme, le VTT, les vols en montgolfi\u00e8re, les bateaux rapides, le cano\u00eb-kayak en eaux vives, l'inaccessibilit\u00e9 des soins m\u00e9dicaux et la difficult\u00e9 d'\u00e9vacuation des lieux \u00e9loign\u00e9s en cas d'urgence m\u00e9dicale. Le client assume tous les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces possibilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Force Majeure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    13.1\u00a0 \u00a0During the course of a tour, weather, road conditions, mechanical breakdowns and incidents beyond the control of Karibu Tours & Safaris can influence the performance of a tour. In the unforeseen event of any of these aforementioned events occurring Karibu Tours & Safaris shall provide the use of the vehicle and crew services. Further, Karibu Tours & Safaris provides each client, whilst on a safari tour or mountain climbing in mainland Tanzania, with emergency evacuation cover through a private ambulance services provider \u2013 whereby a client would be airlifted to the most appropriate medical facility and will be covered for this immediate attention \u2013 such emergency evacuation does not cover tour activities while in Zanzibar. Medical expenses, personal expenses, meals, alternative accommodation and all other resulting costs, including the cost of flying home, are to be borne by the client. It is essential that the client obtains travel insurance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Responsabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    14.1\u00a0 \u00a0For the purposes of this clause, the definition of Karibu Tours & Safaris shall include all members, employees, agents, sub-contractors and suppliers of Karibu Tours & Safaris.<\/p>

    \u00a0 (a) Karibu Tours & Safaris shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, including financial loss, arising from loss of and\/or damage to any property of any client, nor for loss of any nature, including financial loss, arising from the death or injury of any client, howsoever any such loss, financial loss, damage, injury or death shall arise, including negligence of any degree on the part of Karibu Tours & Safaris. The client hereby indemnifies Karibu Tours & Safaris against all claims of whatever nature brought against Karibu Tours & Safaris by the client, the client\u2019s estate, or family of the client, including dependents, in respect of any personal injury, death, damage, or loss, including financial loss, of any nature howsoever caused, including negligence of any degree.<\/p>
